Remind Me is an app made by MJX Technologies ("MJX", "we") for businesses ("you") to keep a register of their members and remind them before a plan ends. This page says what we keep, why, and what you can ask us to do.
You add your members and decide what to keep about them. For your members' details, you are the one responsible and we keep them for you. For your own account, we are responsible.
Documents, photos and PANs are encrypted when stored (AES-256). The full PAN is shown only to the business owner and each look is recorded. Sign-in uses a PIN that is never stored as typed. All traffic is over HTTPS. Our staff look at your data only when you ask for support.
We count visits to this website (page, approximate city, device and where you came from) to improve it. The city comes from your internet address or, only if you have already allowed this site to use your location, from your device, rounded to about a kilometre; we never ask for your location to count a visit, and we do not store your IP address or your position.
Only to run the service: Meta (WhatsApp messages sent from your own number), our email provider (reminder emails), Google Firebase (notifications on your phone), DigiLocker (only when a member uses the KYC link) and Razorpay (your payments to MJX). We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Reminders go only to members you add. Every email has a link to stop them, and a member can reply STOP on WhatsApp.
As long as your account is open. When you delete a member, their personal details and documents are deleted; the payment history you recorded stays in your account. When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law asks us to keep.
You — and your members, through you or directly — can ask to see, correct or delete personal data, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to info@mjxtechnologies.com; we answer within 30 days.
