These terms are between you (the business using Remind Me) and MJX Technologies. By using the app you agree to them.
Remind Me keeps your members' register and sends reminders by email and, once you connect it, by WhatsApp from your own number. Reminders are sent as planned, but delivery depends on email providers, Meta and your members' phones, which we do not control.
WhatsApp messages are sent from your own WhatsApp Business number, connected through Meta. You must follow Meta's WhatsApp Business policies. Meta charges for each message; MJX shows these charges in the app as your monthly WhatsApp bill.
Remind Me is free for up to 10 active members. Above that, a monthly or yearly plan is needed; prices are shown in the app and include GST as shown. Payments are made through Razorpay. Plans are not refunded once started, except where the law requires.
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, after telling you where we can.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, MJX is not responsible for losses from a reminder that was late or not delivered, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
These terms follow the laws of India.
